1. General Information

Fantasy World Travel Agency (“we,” “us,” “our”) acts as an intermediary between clients and airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise operators, travel insurance companies, and other service providers.
All bookings are subject to the terms set by respective third-party suppliers.

2. Booking Policy

• Bookings will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
• The final balance must be paid on or before the due date mentioned in the invoice.
  Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

 3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• Prices may vary due to changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, foreign exchange rates, or supplier revisions.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards (additional charges may apply).
   

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges vary depending on the package and supplier policies.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the terms of airlines, hotels, and other suppliers.
• Processing time for refunds may take 7–30 working days.
• Service charges, convenience fees, and government taxes are non-refundable.
   

5. Travel Documents

• It is the client's responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and other mandatory documents.
• Any delay or denial of boarding due to incomplete documents will be solely the traveler’s responsibility.
   

6. Travel Insurance

• We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, baggage loss, trip delays, and cancellations.
• We are not liable for any losses if clients choose to travel without insurance.
   

7. Liability & Responsibility

• We act only as a booking agent and are not responsible for:
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Hotel overbookings or service issues
  • Lost or damaged luggage
  • Natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances
• Any additional charges arising due to such situations must be borne by the traveler.
   

8. Health & Safety

• Travelers must follow local government rules, health guidelines, and safety regulations of the destination.
• We are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the trip.
   

9. Accommodation & Transport

• Hotels and transport services are provided by independent suppliers.
• Room type, bed type, view, and other special requests are subject to availability.
• Early check-in/late check-out is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
   

10. Itinerary Changes

• We reserve the right to adjust or modify itineraries due to weather conditions, operational issues, or supplier changes.
• Alternative arrangements will be provided without compromising the overall experience.
   

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip or using our services, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• You are authorized to make the booking on behalf of all travelers in your group.
